TECNOGOM S.R.L develops and produces pieces combining all type of polymers with metals and fabrics, according to the necessities of our clients, with machinery adapted to the materials used in each special product.
Combinations are made in each case in particular. Rubber compounds and plastic of high mechanical and chemical physical resistance are produced, according to the level of exigencies in his functioning.
The design and execution of matrix for each product is attended by computer with CAD-CAM programmes. We use the suitable materials (special steel) in each case and also with the agreed machines according to requirements, including parallel winches, CNC or electroerosionator with their heat treatments respectively.
The Company has access to a last generation laboratory for the development and investigation of any product that the client solicits. Periodic visits of our specialized technicians to the Production Plants of our clients are being held, for the development of new technologies and to solve the functional problems that appear in the different machines from their production establishment.
