Gathering all
our technological, financial, human and physical resources we will act
with an organization who is capable of obtaining good results in short
tems. Consequently, the company has proposed to set securing of quality
system the norms of ISO 9000/2000, sustained in the prevention of
nonconformities that entails to the continuous improvement of our
products and services. For it we assured the trustworthiness of our
provisions, production processes, deliveries and information systems.
The program is developed respecting the following guidelines: - To work in all the sectors of the company to satisfy the expectations of our clients, employees and society.
- To establish objectives of quality and plans to reach them.
- Selection of our suppliers by the quality of its products and services and by its attitude towards the improvements and the joint development.
- To define responsibilities as for the quality in all the jobs.
- To involve all the personnel of the company enabling and generating responsibility in each of the sectors, including health, security and hygiene inside and outside the company.

QUALITY CONTROL
According to the different pieces to make, they will fulfil the norms of productive process control already implemented. The quality controls of products are being made by physical-quimical tests, from the mixture, (reometry, viscosity, dispersion degree , etc) to the final product verifying: dimensions, Shore hardness A/D, tensile strenght, elasticity, compression set, etc.
